 SIM Ltd. is an independent Polish design & production company offering complex solutions within the telecommunication and Information Technology domains. We occupy stable, leading position in the market as a manufacturer of digital call loggers and voice mail systems.

The devices and systems we manufacture (e.g. Comprec(TM) Digital Call Logger, ComVoice(TM) Voice Mail) are widely used by public safety organisations (e.g. police, emergency rescue centres, crisis centres, fire departments, medical services, border guard, military and state penitentiary system), international financial institutions and telecommunication providers. We deliver advanced solutions for big business, mainly: power, gas, mining and steel industries. We help trade companies secure their telephone information. We have the recommendations from leading international manufacturers of telecommunications systems.

CORRESPONDENCE LOGGING SYSTEMS
Our main products are Correspondence Logging Systems - systems that record telephone & wireless calls, teleconferences, faxes and VoIP communication, etc. In this field we enjoy significant technological advantage and thus occupy the leading position on the domestic market.
Our products have an open architecture which greatly simplifies their configuration and maintenance. Moreover, an open architecture makes adding new features and technologies just a matter of fitting additional modules. Modular design and full scalability make our system extremely flexible and future-proof. Our market approach is unique. Full flexibility both in hardware and software design ensures that our systems can be suited to each client's individual needs. Our products has been designed to operate both as a standalone unit as well as a network element building up an advanced, enterprise-wide recording platform.
Each and every day our devices monitor thousands of telephone lines and radio connections, recording millions of calls. Our reference list contains several hundred clients.

VOICE MAIL SYSTEMS
Voice Mail Systems integrate traditional telephone systems with a computer. They are targeted at companies, which want to provide efficient information to their customers and receive purchasing orders after the working hours, improve their customer support procedures and reduce costs.
Available applications: voice mail, audiotext information, Telephone Dispatch, faxserver, automatic purchase order receiving, CTI and IVR application generator, Telephone Alarming System, etc.

CLIENT-SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT
Custom production and design facilities allow us to cater even to individual, specific orders. We focus on strategic implementations of modern teleinformation technologies in the enterprise field.

TRAINING
We conduct extensive training courses covering usage and administration of our systems and solutions.

INTELLIGENT BUILDING

ADWARDS AND TOKENS OF RECOGNITION
 As a dynamic and development oriented company with fully skilled and professional staff, we have been appreciated and recognised on many occasions. Below you will find the list of awards and tokens of recognition that we have received for our business efforts:

• INVENTIKA 2009 fairs (Bucharest Romania) Golden Medal for a novel and reliable Object Tracking System with data transmitted via GPS/GPRS network;  Silver Medal for Multichannel Telephone Call Recorders for banking, law enforcement and public safety institutions.
• First place in the Successful Company 2001 contest - On 21st June 2001 during the 5th edition of the "Successful Company 2001" contest, organised by "Gazeta Wyborcza" newspaper, we won a Three Diamonds Golden Key to Success trophy in the Small Company category.
• First place in the Best Private Enterprise 2000 contest for the Lublin province - On 4th April 2001 Spółka Inżynierów SIM Sp. z o.o. took the first place in the 5th edition of the Best Private Enterprise 2000 contest for the Lublin province, in the category "Best Small Enterprise". Additionally we also received nomination in the category "Best Innovative Enterprise". The contest was organised by the Lublin Development Foundation, Euro Info Centre Lublin and Kurier Lubelski newspaper under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Economy - Janusz Steinhoff, Lublin Voivode and the Lublin Province Marshal. The aim of the contest is to choose the best enterprises in the Lublin province and promote them on the local market. The criteria are: professionalism of management, high quality of products and services offered, utilised technologies and excellent financial and economical results.
• European Medal 2000 of the European Integration Committee and Business Centre Club - On the 20th October 2000, recommended by the Chancellor, the Secretary of the European Integration Committee and Business Centre Club, our product "Multichannel Computerised System for Telephone and Wireless Call Recording COMPREC" - received the European Medal 2000. Award ceremony took place on 20th October 2000 in Polish Parliament building in Warsaw. European Medal is a non-profit national initiative that promotes the European integration idea within the enterprise environment. Awarded products and services meet or exceed the European level of quality.
• Defender 2000 - Main Award of the 8th International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce. Defender 2000 is the Main Award given for the best technical solutions and most advanced equipment applicable in the military and national safety fields. During the 8th edition it was awarded to our Multichannel Computerised System for Telephone and Wireless Call Recording COMPREC.
