It employs the most advanced technologies: programmable FPGA ICs (designed in-house) and the latest generation of digital signal processors (DSP) enabling real-time implementation of advanced sound compression algorithms and signalling processing algorithms, e.g. DTMF, FSK, Select V, etc.

It features an open architecture, which greatly simplifies its configuration and maintenance.
Moreover, such architecture makes adding new features and technologies just a matter of fitting additional modules. COMPREC™ has been designed to operate both as a standalone unit as well as a network element building up an advanced, enterprise-wide recording platform. Modular design and full scalability make our system extremely flexible and future-proof.

COMPREC™ system has been officially certified by the Polish Ministry of Telecommunications (Homologation Certificate No 721/2000 issued on 24-07-2000). Our systems have gained positive opinion of special service units. Owing to their reliability and vast technical possibilities, they became a de facto standard in public safety institutions like: police, crisis management centres, fire brigades, medical services, border guard, military as well as in international finance institutions and trade companies.   • There are several data filtering criteria: date, duration time, added note subject, telephone number, etc. All criteria can be combined creating a powerful and precise search system.
  • Remote recording process control (remote record on/off, remote playback start/stop) and files tagging.
  • Ability to add text notes to each recorded call.
  • Registering call direction both for analogue and digital lines.
  • Numbers identification for ISDN (2B+D and 30B+D) lines.
  • Numbers identification for analogue lines (FSK, Pulse, DTMF).
  • Automatic local or network backup – information ca be stored on popular media, e.g. MO disc, hard disc, etc.
  • Archiving on demand using CD-R, DVD, streamer, hard disc, diskette, tape recorder, System can be equipped with interfaces for different system phones and telephone exchanges (digital and analogue).
  • Option to record calls from cellular phones.

  • FaxView Function – FaxView software module enables recording of fax communication as sound files. Such files are then converted to graphics format allowing the user to view, resize and print faxes.
